Homes are selling in Tahoe Donner! 24 homes sold during the month of August 2010! The lowest priced home sold for $295K and the highest priced home sold for $1.1 million. The average price was $541,583 and the median price was $525K. The average days on market was just 44 days! This shows that the well priced homes are selling quickly! 2 homes were bank owned properties, 1 was a short sale and the rest were standard sales. There are currently 159 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. 7 of these are REOs and 13 are short sales. 29 homes are under contract.
