- Prior to living in Tahoe, Barbara had extensive corporate experience in marketing, strategic planning, management of customer service operations and contract negotiations. Each of these experiences has proved to be invaluable assets to her and her clients. In fact, this background may have helped her win her most distinguished award as “Rookie of the Year” in 2001, and the trust and confidence from her fellow Realtors as they elected her to be President of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors for 2009. She loves living at Lake Tahoe and exclaims that it’s a “dream come true” to be able to enjoy her career while she still finds time to ski, swim, kayak, read and cook. After living for many years in major metropolitan areas, she cherishes the lack of freeways and the gentle pace of mountain living. “What I cherish most about the exciting field of real estate is the opportunity to work side-by-side with people who either relocate or purchase a second home/investment property here in Tahoe to make their dreams come true.” Barbara is ready to put her energy and contagious enthusiasm and passion for Lake Tahoe, coupled with a fresh perspective toward this very special real estate market, to work for her clients.
