Bio: I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 1997. I worked as an agent in both NV and CA until I became the local representative for Old Republic.

I specialize in customer service and enjoy visiting all of the area Chase offices where I have friends and clients in each of your locations. We recently launched a plan that is already revolutionizing our industry by covering things no warranty company has ever covered before.

At 7:56am on May 30, 2008, Todd Davis said…: Thanks for your comments! There are some changes on the Warranty front from a coverage perspective. Note: NV and CA plans have some differences so I'll be general and speaking to both plans. We have added some options the Silver, Gold and Platinum options. The Silver is essentially the same as the Premier option you have grown accustomed to but the Gold is covering Permits $250, Haul Away, Cranes and Code upgrades to $250.
Platinum is exclusive to our plan as we're covering Roots that can be cleared by hydro-jetting or a standard sewer cable, we'll help pay for costs associated with installing a ground level cleanout, we increase our coverage for code violations and modifications an additional $500.

We have also taken the Rust exclusion out of the plan. We used to deny claims during the listing period and for the first 30 days for the buyer. This is huge...we are not excluding "lack of maintenance anymore either and this happens frequently on heating systems.
Also we offer an Extended Pipe Leak option outside the Foundation.
If you have A/C in the property than we have a special going for $330 to include the Basic, Silver, Gold and A/C.
