- Hello Chris, refinances are plenty right now and a lot of TBD's going on. Rates are fantastic right now but borrowers are still thinking that magical 4.500% is going to rear its head. I'm not seeing it, at least not this week. I'm sure you may be experiencing the same thing. Tell about your market.
