Thank you for the warm welcome. I sent Diane a message too, regarding how impressed we were with your firm's presentation at Inman. A class act. I feel that our firms have much in common. The shift your firm has made into the technology realm is the exact phase we are in, as our firm is also considered a high end , traditional brokerage in the Charlotte market, founded in 1975. Also, I wanted to give an insiders testimonial to our new web development partners, Active Web, who we just signed with last month. They were referred to us by The Group and Larry Kendall out of Ft. Collins, CO. All can say is WOW, these guys are exceptional, and truly on the forefront of real estate technology.
We had been on the search for a new website platform for about 2 years, and conducted thorough research. Before signing with Active Web, we called each and every network partner (and interviewed their agents) to find out how they liked Active Web. After doing so, our decision was quite easy.
We feel confident that Active Web will continue to keep us on the forefront of real estate technology.
