The current downturn of events and the economy are enough to give a majority of Americans many a sleepless night, not to mention high bloodpressure, stress, weight gain and depression. Wow, our Saturday forum was a huge success. This was the first time we attempted this type of venue and it worked splendidly. People from all over the Lake Tahoe Basin (South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village and the West Shore), and Reno attended. Tons of relative information concerning mortgages, short sales, construction, real estate law, green living and more. Beware! Check out these top 15, published by Switched, scams that are running rampant. Watch out for anything that comes in an email asking you to download a file and remember no one asks for your passwords. Don't even think of giving those to anyone who may request them. Be very cautious.
