- Michael Willette is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada with 23 years of experience in the Lake Tahoe market. He is the senior broker at O’Neal Brokers of Lake Tahoe, the North Shore’s largest independent real estate brokerage; and a new member of the Chase International team in Incline Village, NV. Michael Willette is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Boston University School of Law.
Michael Willette ha been one of North Lake Tahoe’s leading residential real estate brokers since 1982. He brings 25 years of experience to marketing residential real estate. He has served as a Squaw Valley condominium association president for thirteen years. Michael brings clientele and experience from both the California and Nevada markets.
Michael Willette began developing a commercial component for O’Neal Brokers of Lake Tahoe in the late 1980’s. Michael, since then, has personally represented over fifty commercial transactions. Michael Willette has been qualified as an expert witness in Placer County; and is routinely sought after by local attorneys for his knowledgeable and credible testimony on commercial matters.
A third degree Black Belt in an elite karate lineage, Michael Willette has created a successful children’s karate program in the community widely recognized for instilling confidence and values in a generation of the community’s kids.
Michael is married to Jacki, wife and business partner for 25 years. They have a Junior Olympian son, Nick, currently attending college

.. and since teenagers love to justify risky behavior by pointing to the risky behavior of others, she might take you to the Sierra Sun or Chase Nation.

A couple of years ago I attended a lecture by Dr Tom Bonnicksen ... a highly regarded authority that has done fire risk studies throughout the State of California ... it was pretty stunning; so i wrote both a blog, and a essay in a newsletter I posted on my web site, on what i had learned.
