I was born in Mexico City, there, I worked, a number of years, for the second largest bank in Mexico, Bancomer. I came to the States in 1978 and worked in the hotel/restaurant industry until 2000. I aquired my Real Estate license and join Coldwellbanker, Palm Desert. Selling the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Palm desert, La quinta, Indio) for 7 years was very rewarding . In january I made another move, and now, I am, dynamicaly growing my business, selling San Diego.

REO's selling quick in San Diego's South Bay. We have seen a sizable increase in sales of foreclosed properties, not only they are selling, but, we are seeing more and more multiple offers, IS THIS THE BOTTOM??? my guess. If it's not, we are very close to it.

Oh how I miss Mission Bay. I used to row crew on the bay in the early morning hours, many years ago.
