Brenda Hungerford of All Phase Home Inspection Services highlighted the top ten home defect deal-busters during a home inspections class that I attended this week:

Kristine So good to hear form you. I agree. Real estate markets are cyclical. The fact we got two good cycles together without a bad one in the middle is probably coming home right now. It's interesting to see that the market in Incline Village has begun anew but in the lower end of the market. That's a good sign because new cycles always start at the lower market price.
