Personally, I believe we are bouncing on the bottom The economic stimuls package incentives coming at mid year are a great reason for prospective sellers to get their homes on the market now. As economist Appleton Young says, there will be a definite difference in momentum and sales activity beginning mid year. Thanks Craig

I was at a Realtor Luncheon yesterday in So. Lake Tahoe and Robert Kleinhenz, Economist for the Ca. Board was a keynote speaker. His report cast a favorable outlook for the R. E. market at the lake as we move through 08 into 09. Gradual growth in demand, reduction of inventory and we have hit the bottom on pricing. It is starting to trend up. Investors need to jump in and purchase properties while inventory and pricing is still favorable!
