Ken Cash was the broker/owner along with his wife, of CENTURY 21 Mountain Properties, with offices in Reno, Nevada and Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Ken's background and contacts has led them to consolidate their two real estate offices become a part of a company with over 700 agents in more than 20 office.. Ken has served the REALTOR organization as a Local Association President, a Nevada State President and National Association of REALTORS board of Directors member and held many other local, state and national positions and is active in RPAC. He is a recipient of REALTOR of the Year at both his local and state associations. Ken is a member of Omega Tau Rho of the National Association of Realtors. He also holds the designations Certified Residential Specialists, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and has Resort Specialists Certification. Ken has had several real estate articles published and been interviewed many times by other writers. Ken serves as a consultant to a Wall Street consulting firm in addition to testifing as an expert witness. Ken attended the University of Nevada in business and hotel management and has over 30 years in sales, marketing and management, skilled in oral and written presentations. Ken is also licensed in California as well as Nevada as a Broker.

Can't get a loan because the association has litigation!

I have always known that if a condo association or other such groups was being sued, when the condo questionnaire was sent to the management company and the question 'Is there any pending litigation' and they answered YES, that stopped the loan right there. So this week I have found two different litigation in progress to which I think it is absurd that the lender will not read and consider a very logical explanation, prepared by the associations attorney.
