I first met Karin Baker when I put my house on the market a few years ago. From the first time I met her, I knew she was a go getter. She always kept me apprised via phone and/or email, so I always knew what was going on. When it came time to finding a home, I solicited Karin once again. Somehow she seemed to know what I wanted better than I did myself. Karin has a knack for this (hence her great success). Karin would take me to go house hunting and as soon as we would walk in, she instantly knew if it was right for me or not. I ended up buying a house in D’Andrea and am so happy I did. The location and house are perfect for me. She even settled my nerves when I got ‘cold feet’. I would refer Karin to my family and friends because of her attention to detail, and she is very selective with the vendors she solicits to work for her clients. Karin and her assistance Nicole give grade ‘A’ service!!!!
