NAR recently released numbers for June showing that the Existing-home sales increased 3.6%. This nationwide increase is a hopeful sign that consumers are still ready to act. The NAR survey showed that buyers who are in the looking phase are also up 12%. In June, 29% of the home buyers were first-time home buyers, eager to take advantage of the tax credit.
