Welcome to Chae Nation. I have spent nearly every summer in Alaska since 1984. As a college student working in the canneries and then marrying my husband who, at that time, was a commercial fisherman. We now own a home in Seldovia, AK. ( If you know of anyone who would like a home in Seldovia, it is for sale.) My kids have spent summers in one of the most beautiful spots in the world, Alaska.

There are a ton of Repo's in Reno right now. I have been tracking the best buys in several areas around town. Prices are down by 40 percent from there highs in some areas.
