Now for the fine print. For a listing, the homeowner pays for the painting job when completed. At the close of escrow, the cost of the painting is rebated to the homeowner from my commission. If there is not a sale, the painter keeps the contracted amount. I beleive this is an added incentive to sell the home. I suggest the exterior to enhance curb appeal. The interior can be substituted.
The same offer is available to the buyer. They can have the interior or exterior painted when they take posession.
As owner of Northern Nevada Painting, I thought I would use the painting as part of my marketing costs to close more real estate transactions.
