I am so happy to see that you have joined Chase Nation. Is that Audrey skiing on Lake Tahoe? Heres a quick update: Inventory is at 191 residential homes in Incline Village, 13 homes are in escrow. Escrows are at all price points, $499,000 for a house on Donna and $6,500,000 for a Tunnel Creek home. Nothing in escrow on the Eastern Slope. There is still snow at the higher elevations. Welcome.
