Ironic that in my recent "Migration" to Chase, we never met person to person but I certainly gleened the imparted wisdom from what you shared relating to the core issues we touched upon via Ma Bell's lines~
They were on fire that day!
I am willing to place a C-Note on the fact that as I type this comment to you, that you adamently renewing the faith of a Realtor who is worn out, beat up & shy on the leadership of Management to steer & guide the Ship in these turbulent yet opportune filled times. Surely some are ready to go back to a job they may despise just to survive. Your success lies in weeding out the strong.
