The Artisan Group, a strategic alliance of premier Real Estate Brokerages located throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, is pleased to announce the addition of John Saar Properties and Patterson Realty. John Saar… Continue

Hi Cindy, thanks for the message. It was great to meet you at last on our visit to Chase and you all made us feel SO welcome. We loved Inman and are bursting with ideas. Our US tour was awesome and we finally got back last week to start to implement lots of our ideas. Chase agents have kept me busy since I've been back too - which I love! See you soon!

Cindy, thanks for the comment, my take-away from Inman was that blogging and social networking finally "crossed the chasm" in the real estate industry http://tinyurl.com/3ysekq . Still, however, the real estate industry has a long way to go to improve its marketing prowess (e.g., using predictive analytics to drive relevant marketing messages to relevant audiences). Also picking up on John D'Ambrogio's "digital footprints/social networking" comment below, John is my co-presenter in Rome discussing these issues...we'd certainly appreciate any insights you're willing to share since you're a front-line pioneer in this area...keep up the great work!!
