Okay so the absolute best buy I've ever seen in Somersett is a short sale Toll Brothers home with $400K of upgrades overlooking the golf course for only $675,000. The owner put in $1.3 million, and though it has some cosmetic earthquake damage, two banks are lined up to deal and this home is serious best buy. Call me for details!
