The crescent is taking on a new look with large cranes, new decks and siding and many contractors. Several units will be completed by mid June and then construction will be stopped until the fall. This is such a major investment by the homeowners and will make a huge impact on the development.

Hi Jean! Thank you for the information. Could you please clarify for me what the "crescent" is?
Good question. Brockway Springs is divided into three distinct areas. The first area is called the crescent which is condo/townhomes in the shape of a horseshoe with all units looking out at the lake. The second area is groups of lakefront townhomes that are right on the lakefront and the third area is called the tower. The tower is its' own building of condos with lakeview units and lakefront units. I will get some pictures of each area and uploan for all to see.
