Sue,

This is really sweet. I love the fact that you have BOTH Median and AVERAGE sales price in there because I have seen both sides of the arguement (having just finished our 2007 Market Report in Chicago). One of the comments that I have gotten on our report (which I will be willing to share next week when it is launched) is that the reader wants to understand what their looking for. Your site is so user-friendly and comprehensive for the "layman", that I might think that a bunch of tables and graphs might put some people off. This is part of the "rough draft" that we were working on with ours and was very well received from the Beta-test group that we rolled it out to.(attached)

We have ours setup so that they can actually go to our site, pick beds, baths, AT/DE, and price range and it will give them specific numbers. The numbers on the attached sheet are for the neighborhoods in particular. Chicago, though, is set up much like most metro-areas with sub neighborhoods. Email me if you have any questions... i'd love to help anyone avoid the pitfalls that i have!

Also: I have attached the one that Douglas Elliman does out in New York that I consider to be the best. That and the one from Corcoran.

Matthew,
Thanks for nice comments and your input. I have seen both Douglas' and Corcoran's and find the consumer feels information overload. Too many graphs, too much text. I was going for the simplified easy to read and understand version. But as you are aware, always a work in progress. Thanks again for the input.
